Snowbing Korean Dessert Cafe recently opened its first branch at the upper ground floor, City Center of SM North Edsa. With barely a couple of months in operation, the bingsu dining place already gained loyal costumers. And as I am writing this post the second branch is now open and is located at Level 4 Garden, Trinoma Mall.
This Korean Dessert Cafe is proudly Filipino. Although the machinery, techniques, and recipes are from Korea, The owner is Pinoy and the Filipino touch is the impressive twist.
What do I mean by that? Here in the Philippines, we have Halo-Halo that differs from every location. Pampanga has the Cabigting and Razons, Cavite has Digman's, while Puerto Princesa has Noki Nocs that is my super favorite. We love toppings galore and the usual bingsu doesn't have that much, mostly just fruits. Here in Snowbing, there are so much to choose from that I, myself couldn't settle for just one :P

I'll be going back to try the other bingsus. I just can't wait to share it with my kids and is excited to visit the 2nd branch located at Trinoma. I am super duper liking the bingsu experience and is recommending it for you to try. It's super worth it!
